在 2017.01.17 版本，修正訊息如下：

• 已排除在安裝 BPL 後，引發 IDE 出現【Duplicates not allowed】錯誤。
• 同時解決 Run-time 時必須載入 dbxconnections.ini, dbxdrivers.ini 的問題。
• 修正DEMO程式無法編譯的問題。

細節說明：

• 在【Open dbExpress update, RAD Studio 10.1 Berlin is supported!】提到安裝後會跳出【Duplicates not allowed】錯誤訊息，後來在【Setup an ODBC connection to a MS Access DB under Data Explorer in XE2 Enterprise that does not use a DSN】發現是 Open dbExpress 的 Bug；主因是「''」已先被 RAD Studio 內建的 ODBC 使用(AddCommandFactory)，造成後來安裝的 Open dbExpress 又重複加入相同名稱，進而造成此錯誤的結果。
• DEMO程式因沒有加入SOURCE目錄，所以編譯會找不到PAS檔，此問題修正後已可正確編譯
